Een advocaat, een aannemer, een cateraar en een lichttechnicus stappen samen op een boot. Geen mop. Gewoon een middagje netwerken bij MartiniBusiness.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Want bij MartiniBusiness gaat het net even anders. Geen stijve borrels of verplichte praatjes met je vaste kringetje. Wel verrassende ontmoetingen, informele sfeer en een flinke bak energie. \u201cIk zorg dat niemand drie keer naast dezelfde persoon zit\u201d, zegt eigenaresse Christa Bollegraaf. \u201cIk doe mijn huiswerk. Wie doet wat? Wat past bij elkaar? En dan schud ik de boel lekker door elkaar.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Christa is, samen met haar rechterhand Jan Dirk Zwerver, het gezicht van MartiniBusiness, het netwerk voor ondernemers dat draait om verbinden. En dat bedoelt ze niet als hippe marketingterm, maar letterlijk. \u201cIk koppel mensen. Of het nou tijdens een netwerklunch is, een zeiltocht of een diner: je moet af en toe uit je bubbel worden getrokken. D\u00e1\u00e1r gebeurt het.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Niet praten, maar doen<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Christa regelt het. Van netwerkavonden tot bedrijfsfeesten, van De Groninger Haringparty tot een drakenbootrace. Ja, ook die komt eraan: bedrijven die tijdens Bommen Berend tegen elkaar peddelen in drakenboten in de gracht bij de Kleine der A. \u201cLudiek, h\u00e8?\u201d zegt ze. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maar MartiniBusiness is meer dan events. Het is ook een vliegende tussenpersoon. \u201cStel: jij wilt graag in contact komen met een bedrijf, maar je hebt geen ingang. Dan schakel je ons in en regelen wij dat.\u201d Die service, zoals ze het luchtig noemt, maakt het netwerk persoonlijk en effectief. \u201cSoms werkt het gewoon beter en gaat het sneller als wij het vragen.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Laagdrempelig \u00e9n doelgericht<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Lid worden van MartiniBusiness kost 225 euro per jaar. Geen automatische verlengingen, geen kleine lettertjes. \u201cIk hou niet van dat gedoe. Ik vraag het gewoon netjes: wil je verlengen of niet?\u201d, zegt Christa. Voor evenementen betaal je los, zodat je zelf bepaalt waar je aanhaakt. \u201cZeilen is wat anders dan een lunch, logisch toch? Bedrijfsbezoeken zijn kosteloos, het is altijd leuk om een kijkje achter de schermen te krijgen bij een collega-ondernemer.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En de leden? Die komen uit alle hoeken: van vastgoed tot horeca, van administratie tot geluidstechniek. ZZP\u2019ers, MKB\u2019ers, directeuren met personeel. \u201cVoor sommige dingen \u2013 zoals het directeursdiner \u2013 moet je echt een leidinggevende functie hebben. Maar verder is het open en toegankelijk. Als je komt, dan hoor je erbij. Punt.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grote plannen, korte lijntjes<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Christa denkt vooruit. Meer leden. Nieuwe evenementen. De verkiezing \u2018Meest Sympathieke Ondernemer van Groningen\u2019 weer terugbrengen. En ook een kerstdiner met afterparty in de A-Kerk staat op het verlanglijstje. \u201cWe willen blijven vernieuwen. Soms is dat makkelijk, soms duurt het wat langer. Maar het moet w\u00e9l verrassend blijven.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En ondertussen? Ondernemers verbinden, business mogelijk maken. \u201cHet is leuk als mensen me aardig vinden\u201d, zegt ze. \u201cMaar als er nooit iets uitkomt, dan houdt dat een keer op. Ik wil dat ze er ook \u00e9cht iets aan hebben.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
